Who we are
A heating and cooling firm that works on homes.
ThermaTech Home Services Ltd takes on residential work: heating system installation, radiator fitting and replacement, thermostat installation, air-conditioning setup, heating system maintenance and fault checks, and the plumbing connections those systems depend on.
Our work is domestic. We are not a commercial contractor, and we do not price a job from a photograph and a description alone.
How we work
Six habits we keep on every job.
Understand it before quoting
A radiator that stays cold, or a system losing pressure, can have several causes. We establish which one it is first.
Set out the options
Where more than one approach would work, you get both, with what each involves and what each costs.
Run it, then explain it
We test the system, set the controls and show you what has changed before leaving the property.
Write it down
What was checked and what was found is recorded, so the next visit begins where the last one ended.
Say when to leave it alone
If a system still has life in it, we will tell you to keep it rather than quote for a replacement.
Stay inside the scope
If something changes once work has started, we stop and talk to you before carrying on.

Homes, by appointment.
We take on residential properties only, and visits are arranged in advance so that somebody is there to talk to while the system is being looked at. Tell us an idea of where you are and what the job involves, and we will say whether it is one we can take on.
