These are the jobs we take on in homes. Each one is priced for the property in front of us, after we have seen the system.

How we quote

Per project, never per package.

Replacing a radiator, installing a system and tracing a fault are three different kinds of job, so they are priced three different ways. The scope, the options and the figure reach you in writing before anything is ordered or taken out.

If a job is not one we should be doing, we will say that rather than quote for it.

Price bands

Where our prices begin.

Smaller work has a starting price you can see before you ring. Larger work is quoted per property, because the pipework and the layout settle the total.

Up to €99

Diagnosis and small works Fault check, findings written up — €80–95 Old unit taken out and disposed of — €35–50

Whole systems Heating systems and air conditioning are quoted per property after a survey. The scope, the options and the figure reach you in writing before anything is ordered or taken out.

These figures cover ordinary domestic work and are confirmed in writing once we have seen the system. Nothing is ordered or removed before you have that figure.

Two systems, one visit.

If you are planning heating work and thinking about cooling at the same time, say so at the start. Pipework, drainage and routes are far easier to plan together than to add on afterwards.
